Fun mix of chess strategy and action game.

Archon Classic combines the strategy of chess with spectacular arcade action games. Keeping the classic style, and especially the excellent gameplay of the classic game, Archon Classic gives a great facelift to its graphical part, and offers a perfect environment for casual players, or even veterans.

The players of each game of Archon Classic place and move their game pieces around the board, choosing between controlling the armies of Light and Darkness. But whenever two pieces face each other, this "combat" will not be resolved at the time ... since Archon Classic has special rules for it.

It will happen in a new play area, the Combat Arena, where they fight in real time by controlling that box. Of course a Queen always has more chances to win a fight than just a pawn ... but in Archon Classic anything can happen, it depends on your skill!
